 JB9980 Two Component Silicone Sealant For Insulating Glass   Overview:Junbond® JB9980 is a two- component neutral cured silicone sealant specifically developed for the manufacturing of insulating glass units used for window and door, vehicles and can be used for edge frame curtain wall system.   Feature:--Two parts, neutral, high flexibility, high modulus with excellent performance silicone sealant.--Excellent adhesion to a wide range of curtain wall materials such as coated, enameled and reflective glass, anodized oxidation orcoated aluminum and stainless steel.--Neutral cured, no corrosion, non poisonous.--Excellent stability in a wide range temperature at -50ºC~+150ºC.--Excellent weatherproof feature and a high resistance to UV radiation, high temperature and humidity.   Application:--Cannot be used for structural curtain wall glazing--It is formulated for making the secondary seal in a dual sealed insulating glass unit.--The high performance features incorporated into this product make it especially suitable for the following applications:a) Insulated glass unit for commercial buildings.b) Insulated glass unit incorporating specialty glass types, or with free edges (solar architecture)c) Insulated glass unit where high heat or humidity maybe encountered.JB9980 sealant has excellent unprimed adhesion to most coated or not coated glass.
