And then to the next step to the boiling furnace ,it can easy to calcinate ,so we have this step . The 3rd step: Bad dust collectorThe bag dust collector, the main function is recycle gypsum powder to reduce cost.The 4th step: Calcination   The powder come into the boiling furnace (calcination ) to remove crystal water and remaining surface water.   For our boiling furnace, the special is , all the parts inside ,we divide to 4 chamber. The first chamber we will provide very high temperature ,and this very high temperature is used to dry the left surface water and crystal water.The second ,third ,fourth chamber use lower temperature to provide heat to remove there main crystal water. We use this method to keep the quality of the gypsum. So both part are very important and the gypsum quality depend on this two parts :Hammer dryer and boiling furnace. This part is called the calcining system.     About the heat source: the coal-fired boiler or the natural gas burner provides heat. A part of the heat is supplied to the hammer dryer to remove the surface water, and part of the heat enters the boiling furnace to remove the remaining surface water and crystal water. At the same time, the remaining heat of the boiling furnace is recovered to the hammer Dryer . (the temperature of cooked powder is controlled at 80-100 degrees).So the heat usage is very high , more energy save ,other factory can not reach this temperature .The 5th step: Ball millThis part is ball mill, because the chemical powder has quality problem, through modification mill, it can change the characteristic of chemical gypsum powder, make it similar to natural gypsum. The 6th step: Storage   After milling, the gypsum powder will come into the silo by elevator.
