FLUID BED DRYERWorking principleWKS series of vibration fluid
bed dryer is a continuous drying equipment for non-sticky
particles. Its working principle is: cold air is filtered through
the filter, and then goes into the heater, and is heated to a
certain temperature, then hot air is distributed into the lower bed
via multiple inlets and flows up through perforated plate of the
bed. Material goes evenly into the bed through screw feeder, under
the action of the vibration force, the material moves up forward
continuously along the horizontal direction, while undergoes heat
exchange with the hot air coming up from bottom, the moisture of
material is evaporated rapidly, and the wet air is discharged from
the exhaust fan, and the material is fully dried and discharged
from the discharge port.FeaturesThe equipment drying time is short,
only takes about 6 minutes for the whole drying process, the
general effective ingredients will not be destroyed.Adjustable weir
plate is set at the discharge port, by adjusting the height of the
weir plate, you can control stayed drying time of the material so
as to make sure that final water content of materials meets the
requirements.Perforated plate adopts back pressure process to
ensure flatness of perforated plate, to avoid the deadline in the
process of material running.There are multiple wind inlet to the
lower bed, so that the hot air through the material layer is more
uniform.The whole electric heating treatment is applied to the
lower bed after its completion of production, eliminating the
welding gravity, improving the strength of the bed, thick-walled
seamless tube is applied to the internal to strengthen the evenly
vibration force.The center tube which is equipped with vibration
motor is welded with reinforcement plate according to the angle of
vibration radiation, effectively passing vibration force evenly to
the various parts of the bed, so that the material is uniformly
fluidized, while equipped with removable weight, to avoid resonance
phenomenon.Shock absorber adopts quenched and tempered spring,
compression performance and rebound performance are good,
effectively filtering the vibration force to the ground, to
overcome the defects of rubber shock absorber which is easy aging
and short life, etc.The upper bed is designed to be fixed, there is
a soft connection with the lower bed, reducing the load of
vibration motor, while reducing the strength of the upper bed.A
cooling section is equipped with the rear part, can quickly cool
the material, the material can be packaged directly; cold air
undergoes dehumidification first, and then heated up, reducing the
cold air humidity, to ensure that the final water content of
materials to meet the requirements, and the cold air temperature
can be set according to the specific requirements .The upper bed is
equipped with a number of observation goggles and cleaning doors,
easy to clean.The upper bed adopts a number of stainless steel
seamless steel pipes to strengthen, improving the strength, while
on strengthening pipes there is no accumulated material.The steam
heater adopts seamless tube aluminum fins, and designed to U-shape,
with external shell, so that the heating tube has room for thermal
expansion and contraction, to avoid weld cracking phenomenon of the
conventional heater with fixed heat pipe due to thermal expansion
and contraction, while improving the heat transfer
efficiency.Adopts high efficiency long cone cyclone de-dust
separator, greatly reducing the exhaust dust, so that the material

DetailsThe process equipment is composed of four major parts:
heating system, drying system, dust removal system, electronic
control system.1, Heating System: The dry air entering the
equipment is clean air filtered through the primary filter which
adopts non-woven fabrics, mainly to prevent the insects into the
tower and filter the general dust in the air to prevent pollution.
Filter is easy to disassemble, clean and check. The system uses
electricity as a heat source.2, Drying System: Drying system is
composed of hot air duct, main body, insulation layer, discharge
pipe, observation cleaning door and other major components. The
heated air heated by the hot air stove enters the fluid bed through
the hot air duct, and then goes out with moisture after going
through the screen plate and heat exchange with material. Adjust
