RUBBER KNEADER Features1. Top bolt mechanism 1.1 Material pressing device: The material pressing device is installed on the bracket, and the pneumatic top bolt is adopted. The working surface of the pressing mound and the rubber material is plated with hard chromium; there is a heating and cooling channel in the inner cavity of the mound, which can be heated according to the process requirements Or cooling, and equipped with dust cover, good sealing effect. 1.2 The frame adopts steel plate welding structure, which is integrally processed with high strength and good stability. 1.3 The feeding door is installed behind the frame and adopts pneumatic structure. 2 Mixing mechanism: 2.1 The rotor is two-sided shear type, the working edge peaks are welded with hard alloy, and the whole working part of the rotor body is plated with hard chromium; the internal design of the forced cooling or heating channel can facilitate the control of the temperature of the rotor during the mixing process. 2.2 The mixing chamber adopts a jacketed welding structure with internal cooling or heating channels, which can easily control the temperature of the mixing chamber during the rubber mixing process; the working surface of the mixing chamber is plated with hard chromium; there is a thermocouple at the bottom of the mixing chamber Measure temperature and participate in rubber mixing control.  2.3 The rotor seal adopts an external pressure structure, and the seal ring is made of copper, with self-lubricating function and good sealing effect. 2.4 The mixing mechanism is installed on the support.
