applications. Discharge diameter from 200 to 1800 mm( 8 to 72
inches) In MVR water treatment, vacuum salt making, alumina oxide,
mirabilite, chlorine-alkali industry, sodium sulfate, sugar making,
seawater desalination and other industries as a transport or forced
circulation evaporation pump . These excellent horizontal axial

Pump structureStructure of the Axial Flow Pump:The axial flow
pump body is an elbow type, and
piece-welded body and casted body for selection.;
The impeller is composed of a spherical hub and an adjustable
blade. The seal adopts the static double - end mechanical seal. The
front bearing of the pump is a centripetal short cylindrical roller
bearing, and the rear bearing is a centripetal thrust roller
bearing, which are lubricated by lubricating
oil.Pump impeller is cantilever type with spherical hub,impeller blades are adjustable.Mechanical seal and packing seal can be interchangeable,
as well
as reliable and easy for maintenance.Enlarged cylinder type bearing housing with oil level glass and oil filler,which extends the bearing life and interval of lubricant changing.Axial

Pumps Installation Schemes:Pipe hung arrangementCardan shaft with
gearbox on separate baseplate required for motor with high
dimensions and weight.Suspended pump avoids use of expansion
joints.Horizontal installationThe commom baseplate is needed when
install axial flow pump and motor. The axial flow pump
is driven by triangle belts or directly
transmission. Pump hung arrangementPump driven by
V-belts.Motor installed on slide rails. Pump hung
arrangementPump driven by V-belts.Pump and motor are totally
articulated, and they are noneed baseplate, no expansion joint and
transport. Motor installed on a support bracket with V-belt
tensioning device.Common baseplate for pump and motor. Based

efficiently.Adopting the optimization algorithm provided by Isight,
it integrates the functional optimization platform of 3D modeling
software Catia, grid division software ICEM and numerical
simulation software CFX.The above three installation ways should
deploy a short joint in accordance with the pipeline connected with
the pump, it's easy to replace the impeller, mechanic sealing and
so on.Pump Configuration:Company ProfileWe have eight modernized
workshops covering 12,000 square meters, which producing ability
was designed as 18000 pieces per year. The factory consists of
foundry workshop, finish-machining workshop, plate welding
workshop, assembly workshop and testing center. The maximum lifting
ability for tramelling crane is 50 metric tons; There are 510 sets
of large and essential processing facilities which enable the
requirements for producing all kinds of industrial pumps.Casting of
parts and components is an important part of the industrial pump
production process. The precise control of the pump material
smelting and the flow path size of the over-current components is
our key control program for the quality of the pump products. The
annual production capacity of 8,000 tons of alloy cast iron and
dozens of new casting equipment such as AOD refining furnace and
spectrum analyzer, as well as a group of skilled stylists, ensure
