And the independent pressure makeup system to ensure the pressure of the diffusion pump accurate.2.Professional motive seal structure to make sure no leakage during the ram displacement in a long period.3.Ram material can be isostatic pressing graphite or TZM alloy.4.The surface flatness of the ram accuracy can be ±5um.5.The pressure field relies on the 3D finite element technical to simulate the deformation during the pressure loading on the upper ram or bottom ram.
