Anti-Corrosion Anti-Rust Fluid Delivery Control Component Pneumatic Ball Valve

Product DescriptionBall Valve Product IntroductionBall valves and gate valves are both types of valves. The difference lies in their closing element, which is a spherical ball that rotates around the axis of the valve body to achieve an open or closed position. Ball valves are primarily used in pipelines for cutting off, distributing, and changing the direction of fluid flow. According to the GB/T21465-2008 standard "Valve Terminology," a flanged ball valve is defined as a valve in which the closure element (the ball) is driven by the valve stem and rotates around the axis of the valve stem. Advantages of Ball Valves:Ball valves are a widely used type of valve, and they have the following advantages:1. Low fluid resistance, with a resistance coefficient equivalent to that of a pipe segment of the same length.2. Simple structure, small size, and light weight.3. Tight and reliable sealing. Ball valves use sealing materials such as plastics, providing excellent sealing performance. They are also widely used in vacuum systems.4. Convenient operation with quick opening and closing; a 90-degree rotation is all it takes to go from fully open to fully closed, facilitating remote control.5. Easy maintenance due to the simple structure of ball valves. Sealing rings are typically movable, making disassembly and replacement relatively easy.6. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and seat are isolated from the medium passing through, preventing erosion of the sealing surfaces.7. Wide application range, suitable for diameters from a few millimeters to several meters, and for both high vacuum and high-pressure environments. These valves are generally installed horizontally in pipelines.Classification Introduction: According to Structural Classification:Floating Ball Valve:The ball in a floating ball valve is floating. Under the pressure of the medium, the ball can move and press against the sealing surface at the outlet to ensure sealing. Floating ball valves have a simple structure and good sealing performance, but the ball bears the load of the working medium and transfers it all to the outlet sealing ring. Therefore, the material of the sealing ring must withstand the working load of the ball medium. This structure is widely used in medium and low-pressure ball valves.Fixed Ball Valve: The ball in a fixed ball valve is fixed and does not move under pressure. Fixed ball valves have floating valve seats; under the pressure of the medium, the valve seat moves to press the sealing ring against the ball to ensure sealing. Bearings are usually installed on the upper and lower axes of the ball to reduce the operating torque. These valves are suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter applications. In recent years, oil-sealed ball valves have appeared, where a specially designed lubricating oil is injected between the sealing surfaces to form an oil film. This enhances sealing and reduces operating torque, making them suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter ball valves.Elastic Ball Valve:The ball in an elastic ball valve is elastic. Both the ball and the seat sealing ring are made of metal material. The sealing pressure is high, and external force must be applied because the medium pressure alone is not enough to achieve sealing. This type of valve is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure media. The elastic ball has a slot at its lower end to provide elasticity. When closing the passage, the wedge-shaped head of the valve stem causes the ball to expand and press against the seat for sealing. Before rotating the ball, the wedge-shaped head is loosened, allowing the ball to return to its original shape, creating a small gap between the ball and seat. This reduces friction on the sealing surface and operating torque.Classification Based on Channel Position:Ball valves can be classified into straight-through, three-way, and right-angle types based on their channel positions. The latter two types of ball valves are used for distributing media and changing the flow direction of media.Technical SpecificationDesign referenceDesign standardStructural lengthFlanged endsButt-welding endsTest & inspectionGBGB/T 19672GB/T 12237GB/T 12221GB/T 9113JB/T 79GB/T 12224JB/T 9092Notes: The sizes of valve connecting flange and butt-welding can be designed to customer's requirement.Major Parts Material FormNoAccessory nameMaterialGB1BonnetWCB2Nut353GasketGraphite + stainless steel4Stud35CrMoA5BodyWCB6SeatPTFE7Ball25+HCr8Stem1Cr139GasketPTFE10PackingGraphite11Packing glandWCB12Screw nail3513Locating pieceQ235A14Ring65Mn15WrenchKT33  Product Details Reasons to Choose Us               Sturdy                                 High quality                             Bearing force      Seiko production              Direct Factory Collaboration        Complete specificatons ISO System Certification    Partners    /* March 10, 2023 17:59:20 */!function(){function s(e,r){var a,o={};try{e&&e.split(",").forEach(fu
