Stainless Steel Frame Fitter1. IntroductionThe frame filter is stainless steel multi-plate frame type filter, it is suitable for liquid with concentration less than 50%, low viscosity, low residual content. The filtration is hermetic filtration, to achieve fine filtration, half fine filtration  like purification, sterilization, clarification.The material of the machine is SS304. The filtration is hermetic, filtration liquid is little waste, filtration quality is good, filtration efficiency is high. The filtration part is made up of 10 filter plate, filter area is big, according to customer's requirements, can change the filter membrane and number of filter plate, thus the machine is multi-functional. The filter plate is spiral mesh type, it does not transform, easy to clean, prolong the filter membrane's using life, to lower production cost. The machine is with transfer pump, with little kw, low power consumption. The machine is on wheel, easy operation, easy to move.2. Application and advantage  The machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, beverage, water treatment, wine, chemical, environment industry, etc, it is the new machine for liquid filtration, clarification, purification and sterilization.  The machine adopts salient type filter plate, enlarge the water cut area, makes no dead space, to maintain the liquid's performance.  All the hermetic parts are with silicone gasket, it is non toxic, high temperature proof, no leakage.Inlet pipe is check ring joint structure, easy to dismantle and clean.  According to customer's requirements, the machine can change the filtration material and qty of filter plate, make the machine multi-functional.  When the machine works, press the gaskets, no liquid loss, clarification degree is good. For sterilization, microfiltration membrane is ideal choice.3. Operation1) Press: check the machine before operating it.The filtration membrane gets close to gasket, at the center part; check if the power source is on; check the gaskets; check the connecting piping.2) Product feedingBefore starting power source, open inlet valve, shut off outlet valve, open air outlet valve, pump priming(about 2 minutes, see the situation), then shut off inlet valveOpen inlet pump, open inlet valve slowly(if too quickly, will do damage to the filtration membrane, because the pressure goes high suddenly). The inlet pressure comes to normal pressure, when air is all out by air outlet valve and little qty liquid is out, shut off the air outlet valveOpen outlet valve slowly, watch the situation of outlet, when there is no liquid comes out at outlet(or only few liquid comes out), it means residual is full.3) Take out residualShut off inlet valve first, then shut off feeding pump, to prevent liquid return back to damage filtration membrane. Shut off outlet valve after no liquid comes out at outlet, pull the filter plate to take out the residual. At the same time, clean the residual sticks on the hermetic side.4. MaintenanceUse 3-5% sodium bicarbonate solution first, then use water to clean it, then disinfect till PH value is ok.5.
