PRODUCT INTRODUCTIONPRODUCT ADVANTAGES  Rectifier transformer is the power transformer of rectifying device. The rectifying device is characterized by the input AC from the primary side and the output DC from the secondary side through the rectifying element. A transformer used as the power supply of rectifying unit is called a rectifier transformer. Most of the industrial rectifying DC power supply is obtained from AC power grid through the rectifier transformer and rectifying device.Main functions: Supply appropriate voltage to the rectifying system; Reduce the pollution of the power grid caused by the waveform distortion caused by the rectifier system.Operating conditions    1. Axial air duct can be added in the coil when necessary, select cooling method and reasonable distribution of gas flow according to the coil load loss value to achieve the best cooling effect and the main temperature rise index is at least 5 ºC lower than the national standard. The coil and lead is copper wire, and the current density is low;4. Strong overload capacity: The product is with strong overload capacity and over-voltage capacity which can be long-term safe operation under rated load and  under 110% over-voltage (ambient temperature 40 ºC);The terminal connected with the motor can withstand 1.5 times of the rated current and lasting 5S.
