When the temperature and humidity reach or ove than the pre-set value, relay contactor inside controller will close, heater or cooling fan will start working to heat or cool the cabinet. After a while, the humidity and temperature have large differ from the setting value, then the relay contactor open, heater or cooling fan stop working.
