PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:Our company research and develop a new power
supply equipment which is the stabilizer & transformer integrated
machine. With modular wiring design, the stabilizer &
transformer integrated machine combines the voltage regulator and
transformer in one cobinet. Indeed, the maintenance of the
stabilizer & transformer integrated machine is going to be very
convenient. Compared with normal type of regulator, there are more
advantages such as saving space, reducing purchase cost, decreasing
line power loss, and improving efficiency. Also, it can withstand
transient high voltage and large current. In the extreme harsh
situation, as like harsh temperature, humidity, and vibration, the
machine still is reliable. Because of stabilized accuracy and
transformed voltage range, especially, for the expensive, accurate,
and imported equipment, the stabilizer & transformer integrated
machine is necessary.MODLE DESCRIPTION:PRINCIPLE:When the
stabilized variable integrated machine is no-load, assuming that
the primary voltage is U1, the current is I1, and the number of
turns is N1, the magnetic flux is I1N1. When the voltage
stabilizing transformer is under load, there is a secondary current
I2 flowing through it, with a secondary turn number of N2 and a
secondary magnetic flux potential of I2N2. The magnetic flux of the
transformer core is generated jointly by the primary and secondary
windings, and the secondary magnetic flux can also be divided
into two parts. One part is connected to the primary
turn to form the main magnetic flux, and the other part is
connected to the secondary turn or to form the leakage magnetic
resistance through the leakage magnetic core. The primary magnetic
flux generated by the secondary is opposite to the primary magnetic
flux. In general transformers, the secondary phase inversion
magnetic flux is generated, and the primary current will increase
to offset the secondary magnetic flux, keeping the main magnetic
flux basically unchanged. In an all-in-one machine, due to the
presence of magnetic shunts, the same secondary current produces
the same magnetic leakage flux. However, one part becomes the
leakage flux, and the other part counteracts the main magnetic
flux in the primary coil. Due to the small amount of counteraction,
the primary current increases very little, and the actual use for
establishing the secondary main magnetic flux decreases.MAIN
