General1.1 Name and modelZN39-40.5C/D(T) serial indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker. 1.2 Main application, use range and site conditionZN39-40.5C/D(T) serial indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is of indoor high-voltage distribution device with technical parameter as 3ph, 50Hz and rated voltage of 40.5kV, which is mainly applicable for JYN1-35 type movable AC metal closed switch device and its renovation. That it can be used in acceptance, control and protection of electric energy from industrial company, power plant and distribution, especially for the site where frequently operation is needed. 1.3 Normal operation conditiona. Technical parameter2.1 Main technical parameter can be seen in sheet 1. 2.2 Main mechanical parameter can be seen in sheet 2. 3 Structure and working principle3.1 StructureStructure of ZN39-40.5C/T type breaker can be seen Pic. 1 and Pic. 2, and ZN39-40.5C/D type can be seen Pic. 3 and Pic. 4. Both the breaker are of hand trolley type which can be put into movable AC metal closed switch cabinet of JYN1-35 and GBC-35 type, and it can be used separately as well. Each vacuum interrupter was supported by 3 pcs of insulator to get stable structure and easy installation. Electro-magnetic operation mechanism is of CD10-11 type, spring operation mechanism is of CT19BN-1 type. 3.2 Inter-lock system can be seen in Pic. 1, Pic. 2, Pic. 3 and Pic. 4 The breaker can not be closed when the hand trolley was located between working position and test position where the lock pin did not insert the location hole on hand mechanism (no. 24 on the pic.). Operate the hand mechanism (no. 24 on the pic.) to make bend arm on components of no. of 19 to be integrated with cabinet when the hand trolley comes to test position or working position, then the breaker will be locked by inter-lock device after breaker closing, so, the tripping of breaking because of mis-operate the hand trolley under closing can be avoided. For emergency, the hand mechanism (no. 24 on the pic.) can be operated to release lock from lock pin, that the breaker can be tripped. Insulation strength of vacuum is much higher than of atmosphere, when the switch opening, the arc will be appeared between contact, and the surface of contact will generate metal vapor under high temperature. Where magnet field will be occurred when current passing through it because of special phase on the design of contact. The arc will go fast along tangential direction of contact surface with the force from this magnet field. The result is, there are some metal vapor on the shield cover, that the arc will be extinguished when it pass through zero and the dielectric strength between contact will be back quickly.
