DESCRIPTIONDIESEL PIPELINE WORKSTATIO WD600   WD600 Pipeline Welding Workstation is a fully-enclosed compact unit; it's a diesel power generator and welder combined machine with dual holder, with multi-functional features. In order to meet the requirements for oil and gas pipe welding, the welding power source should be functionally capable of welding with low-hydrogen electrode, cellulose down-hill welding, flux-cored non-gas-shielded welding, and argon arc welding function. The flux-cored non-gas-shielded welding mode can not only use the SF120 Flux-cored Wire Feeder, it can also conveniently interface with Miller and Lincoln wire feeders (LN-23P or LN-25P, or 12VS). The auxiliary power supply can output three-phase 50hz 400V 30KW (35Kva) and single-phase 50hz 230V/6.9KW AC. AC power output 1~phase 230v *15A+ 230V*15A 6.9kw with two IP66 Australia standard receptacle; AC power output 3-phase 400v 30kw with one IP66 Australia standard industrial receptacle Weichai 4-cylinder water-cooled 1500rpm industrial diesel engine is used as the source of power; Meanwhile, the diesel engine is equipped with electronic speed-control system, which is easy to adjust the engine speed and it is very stability with fast response to the any load. The engine oil pressure, water temperature, battery voltage charging ,diesel fuel level and other parameters are individually displayed by using their display gauges or warning lamp indicator, operator is easy to have a clear indication of the monitoring parameters and state of the engine,IGBT inverter soft switch and negative feedback control technologies are used for ensuring good dynamic performance and welding performance as well as high load duration within full voltage regulating range and full current regulating range. The machine is provided with TIG, low hydrogen, cellulose, self-shielded flux-cored arc welding functions and can be connected to Lincoln, Miller, and SENCI wire feeders. It is provided with the function of presetting the current, voltage (optional) with a digital display meter, which can display preset and actual current and voltage. It is equipped with dual welder, Single or two people operation can be chosen. When dual operation, two welder can output 2 x 350A /34V, it can do Φ1.6-8.0 electrode welding simultaneously, when single operation, the welder can output 30-500A. The welding power source is provided with under voltage protection function.
