Guangzhou Shuangrui Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd is located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, founded in the year of 2007. Factory is covering 10000 m2 with total 102 staffs, 20% of whom are technical personnel. Shuangrui is a manufacturer dedicated to production & new products developing.

We specialize in sheet metal fabrication of OEM & ODM. We can offer sheet metal designing, laser cutting, punching, CNC machining, bending, forming, welding, polishing, coating, machining spray printing and assembly. Our products include: Metal steel fabrication, metal cutting, stainless steel laser cutting, customized sheet metal cabinet, energy storage cabinet, metal rack, enclosure, case, stainless steel frame, wall mount cabinet, display stand, metal bracket, metal panel, BBQ & it′s accessories, digesters & storage tanks etc.

We are the strategic manufacture of worldly famous BBQ brand NAPOLEAN. We can produce the products with 10 years quality warranty which is not every factory can reach it. We have passed the quality system of ISO 14001 IS0 9001 ISO16949. All the products are made in compliance with these system and customer′s quality requirements.
2. Strong research and engineer team
We have a group of 15 engineers who are with metal fabrication more than 10 years. They will focus on the new products approach and new molds setting to assure efficiency and precision.
3. Advanced equipment and testing method
We have more than 50 sets of metal fabrication machine including 3 German laser cutting machines (5030/3040/3030), German Bending machines (4320/1100) etc. AMANDA Bending machine, CNC machining center, laser welding machine, argon arc welding machine, precision leveler, deburring machine, etc. Testing instruments include vernier calipers, micrometers, marble testing platforms, film thickness meters, salt spray testing chambers, and vibration testing chambers. The total length of the coating line is 600 meters. The pre-treatment adopts automatic spraying and vitrification, equipped with Swiss Jinma powder spraying gun, reciprocating machine powder spraying and manual powder replenishment. Our daily production capacity is spraying products of 8000-10000 square meters with an average film thickness of 60-80un, stable powder spraying quality and high adhesion.

Since 2007, our factory production capacity is growing very rapidly. Currently we have two factories with totally more than 10, 000 square meters and almost 100 workers. One is located in Guangzhou and the other is located in Foshan, which are very convenient for your visiting.
