A Power Leader Cummins in India designs, manufactures, distributes and services diesel and alternative fuel engines from 2.8 to 95 liters, diesel and alternative-fueled power generator sets of up to 3000 kW (3750 kVA), as well as related components and technology.

Part of the US $23.8 billion Cummins Inc., Cummins in India serves customers through our network of 3 Generator Original Equipment Manufacturers (GOEMs), 22 dealerships and more than 120 dealership branch offices in India.

Cummins in India is organized into four distinct but complementary business segments:

Engine Business Unit
The Engine Business Unit designs and manufactures state-of-the-art diesel and natural gas-powered engines. The business also offers new parts and remanufactured parts and engines.

Power Systems Business Unit
The Power Systems Business Unit provides high-horsepower engines and power generation across India with standby and prime power generator sets, alternators, paralleling switchgear and other components. Power Systems offers integrated generator sets that range from 7.5kVA to 3750 kVA for use in commercial industrial, mining, marine, and defense applications to name a few.

The Components Segment consists of four businesses with key technologies for delivering integrated solutions: Cummins Filtration, Cummins Turbo Technology, Cummins Emission Solutions and Fuel Systems.

Cummins Filtration - Fleetguard Filters Pvt. Ltd.
Fleetguard Filters Pvt. Ltd. is India’s leading manufacturer of heavy-duty air, fuel, hydraulic and lube filtration, chemicals and exhaust system technology products for diesel and gas-powered equipment. For more information, visit the Fleetguard Filters webpage.

Cummins Turbo Technology
Cummins Turbo Technologies (CTT) designs and manufactures turbochargers and related products, across India, for diesel engines ranging from 3 to 95 liters. CTT has facilities in Pune, Dewas, Pithampur and Rudrapur.

Cummins Emission Solutions

Fuel Systems
Cummins Fuel Systems enable customers to meet increasingly-stringent emission requirements while maximizing fuel economy. Through precise injection of highly pressurized fuel, our Fuel Systems cater to mid-range, heavy duty and high horsepower applications for both on-highway and off-highway applications.

Distribution Business Unit
Cummins Distribution Unit provides sales, service and support to our customers across India. With 23 authorized dealerships, 120+ dealership branch offices, and more than 450 service touch points, Cummins employees have the technical expertise and experience to deliver high-quality repairs, planned maintenance and upgrade solutions. This network of more than 3500 Cummins trained engineers and technicians handle service of 5,25,000 engines on the field and over 2,00,000 off-highway customers in India, Nepal and Bhutan. No matter where a customer’s equipment operates, they will have access to one of the most capable service networks in the industry.
