Dongguan BIE Hardware Co., Ltd was established in 2014 and is located in Fenggang, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. It has a workshop of more than 3, 000 square meters and can reach the airport and railway station in 40 minutes.

BIE is an ISO 9001: 2015 and TUV certified manufacturer and a professional solution provider for CNC machined parts, sheet metal fabrication, die casting and injection molding according to customer′s requirements. We can provide one-stop service including logistic if customer needs.

We have 65 experienced employees, including 6 administrative staff, 8 QC staff and 3 engineers. R&D team can help customers to optimize design to down cost or give feasible proposal free of charge.

BIE has 16 sets CNC Machine Center, 18sets CNC Lathe, 2 sets Laser Cutting Machine, 2 sets Sawing Machines etc. Tolerance could be 0.005mm if you need.

The main material of our products are aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, ABS etc.

The main surface finishing of our parts are anode, nickel plating, chrome plating, powder coating, sand blast, brushing, polishing, Nitriding, Electrophoresis, Carbonitriding etc.
